   o Cancellations requested after this period may be subject to a prorated refund based on the remaining duration of the course and completion percentage.

2. Offline (In-Person) Courses:
   o Users may cancel their enrollment in an offline course (in-person sessions) provided by Kishore Learning Solutions up to 07 days before the course start date for a full refund.
   o Cancellations requested within 07 days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or a prorated refund at the discretion of Kishore Learning Solutions.
